This 3-floor building allows guests to authentically experience this truly American music style through time. Film presentations, immersive environments, and artifact collections offer a comprehensive understanding of where Bluegrass’s distinctive sound came from and its active community today.
The experience begins with the Picking Parlor, where visitors can play their favorite Bluegrass melodies, choosing from a variety of stringed instruments. Moving through the space, guests encounter a recreated festival environment, a radio station setting, and an oral history area that features first hand accounts from musicians and their fans.
