Hoh Rain Forest Visitor Center
A Gateway to Nature
Located deep within the rain forests of Olympic National Park, the Hoh Rain Forest Visitor Center is a long but beautiful drive from the park’s headquarters. An immersive exhibit experience replaces the original installation from 1963, allowing guests to actively engage with the Pacific Northwest’s lush biodiversity.
Touchable displays and topographic maps show guests the “unseen” worlds of the Hoh – from high up in the treetops to down below the surface of the soil. Custom illustrations and murals of the tree canopy portray region-specific species from the Banana Slug to the Roosevelt Elk.
